ASU men's tennis fell in a heartbreaker Sunday afternoon, as the Apps were unable to eek out a win over non-conference foe Tennesse Tech, falling 4-3. The Mountaineers started off strong by winning the early doubles point, while in singles play, Philip Kloc won 6-3, 6-2 at the number five spot and the Apps were up 2-0, but Alain Humblet at number six was the only other singles win for the Apps. With the loss, Appalachian drops to 10-6 on the season and returns home Friday to take on Wofford at 2 p.m. at the ASU Tennis Courts.
