The ASU women return to the court tonight, winners in 10 of their last 11 contests, as the Lady Mountaineers' host Wofford, tonight at 5pm. The contest is ASU's final regular-season home game of the 2009-10 campaign acting as game one of a double-header with the men's team which plays Chattanooga at 7:30 p.m. Appalachian won its third game in a row and tenth in 11 tries Monday evening as the Black and Gold downed SoCon rival College of Charleston 70-54 on ASU's home floor. The win marked ASU's 17th of the season, the most since the 1995-96 season, and the 13th conference win was the most since the 1995-96 campaign as well. Ramirez had the hot shooting hand for ASU, pouring in a career-high 25 points, going 5-12 from behind the arc scoring all of the Apps' three pointers. She also dished out five assists and grabbed four rebounds. The victory also puts ASU one home win away from tying a school-record eight home wins.
